Dan Lockton is an industrial designer, engineer and researcher interested in human behaviour, environmentally sensitive design and engineering, the psychology of interaction with products/systems/environments, architecture and control, the relationship between technology and society, transportation (in many forms), mobility, digital rights, and widening the public’s practical understanding of technology.

The website is laid out in such a way that you "get" what you came looking for. Not to mention his ability to create buzz around a fairly cryptic subject. Based on his ideas and beliefs, I believe I will have to ask him "why" his site is laid out the way it is...
